The Villa is located in the  »Parcs de Saint-Tropez ».It was built in 1965 by the most famous architect of the peninsula at the time, Philippe Tallien, and completely renovated and brought up to date in 2012 on a landscaped garden planted with palm trees, umbrella pines, cypresses, olive trees, mimosas, magnolias and fruit trees (citrus, arbutus, fig trees…) covering an area of more than one hectare (12,360 sqm), all completely fenced, including a small private wood.
The property benefits from a remarkable 180° sea view, and includes 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated and has a 24-metre long overflowing pool with a submerged bench and a full sea view, and the other is enclosed in a patio.
A heated Jacuzzi, a pool house, a changing room with shower and toilet as well as a French bowling green and a table tennis table complete the facilities offered.
The main house consists of an entrance hall, a guest toilet, a large living room with double orientation, a dining room for 10 personns, a master suite with terrace and open bathroom with bathtub in island, 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with sea view and each one with its own bathroom or shower room. One of the bedrooms has a small lounge/library for extra sleeping space.
The decoration is contemporary and warm and each room has its own style. Each room has a television connected to 2 satellites, including the dining room, kitchen, pool house and adjoining studio (LOEWE televisions for the master suite and living room).
A large modern kitchen in white lacquer, equipped with an American refrigerator, an oven, a microwave oven, a Miele dishwasher, a Miele wall-mounted coffee machine, a stainless steel central island with glass-ceramic hotplates and a wine cellar. Independent entrance and WC for the staff.
The house is equipped with a general reversible air-conditioning system with individual control per room and offers a living area of 450 m2.
An independent, air-conditioned studio with shower room and toilet offers the opportunity to accommodate staff.
Laundry room in the basement with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. There is parking for several vehicles.
At the bottom of the property a caretaker’s cottage with its own access serves as accommodation for the sedentary gardener. It is not included in the rental price, as is the garage of the main house.
The location of the Villa in the heart of  »Les Parcs de Saint-Tropez », its proximity to the private beach, its view and the extent of its garden make it an exceptional place as well as a haven of peace, only a few minutes away from the Place des Lices, its twice-weekly fairground market and the port of the village of Saint-Tropez.
